.Designating of (18) individuals, (14) Entities and (5) Vessels on the National list, as associated to terrorist activities

Pursuant to the Law of Combating the Crimes of Terrorism and it's Financing issued by a Royal Decree No. (M/21) dated 12/2/1439H correspondent to 1 November 2017, and the implementing mechanisms of the relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions. In line with Security Council resolution No. 1373 (2001), article (fourth) of the relevant Mechanism in regards to (nominating and Identifying), also targeting terrorist organizations, associated and affiliated names including facilitators. Therefore, as of this date and time, the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is designating on its National Terrorism List (18) individuals, (14) entities, and (5) Vessels mentioned below thus, all assets belonging to the designated names are frozen in the kingdom. In addition to, financial institutions, designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs), as well as the legal and natural persons are prohibited from undertaking any direct or indirect transactions with, in favor or on behalf of the designated names.
